Refund policy
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we will accept returns, strictly under the following circumstances. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, freight charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges.
All damages and claims must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
If you wish to exchange any colour choices after your order has been dispatched, you must return the bottles completely undamaged and unopened, for exchange at your cost to 90 May st St Peters. Your new colour selection will then be dispatched to you at a charge of $15 to cover postage, admin and packing. This can be paid via phone by credit or debit card.
Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order unless faulty.
Any authorised refunds will be in the form of a Credit Note only.

Any items marked as being reduced will be exempt from the returns policy.

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations - the only exception being is if they're faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of GFA. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
